Ingredients:
- 100g rolled oats
- 2 bananas
- 4 eggs
Method:
- Place rolled oats into Thermomix or food processor and blitz for approximately 10 seconds, or until oats become fine.
- Add the bananas, eggs and mix on speed 5-6 for 20 seconds or in food processor for 10 seconds until well combined.
- Heat pan with small amount of coconut oil and pour mixture onto pan. Once both sides are browned they are done.
- Serve with pure maple syrup, naturally sweetened jam, greek yoghurt and fresh berries.
