Ingredients:

  • 100g rolled oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs

Method:

  • Place rolled oats into Thermomix or food processor and blitz for approximately 10 seconds, or until oats become fine.
  • Add the bananas, eggs and mix on speed 5-6 for 20 seconds or in food processor for 10 seconds until well combined.
  • Heat pan with small amount of coconut oil and pour mixture onto pan. Once both sides are browned they are done.
  • Serve with pure maple syrup, naturally sweetened jam, greek yoghurt and fresh berries.
