Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup rolled oats

Method:

  • Add all ingredients into thermomix or blender, and blend until mixture starts to come together.
  • Once mixture has combined, use a spoon to scoop mixture out and roll into balls.
  • Place the balls into an airtight container and place in the fridge to harden slightly.
