These are seriously amazing!!! I am not normally much of a sweets person and would never go and buy a Cherry Ripe Bar….but these really do taste like one!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut (preservative free)
  • 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Extra dessicated coconut for coating

 

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until mixture resembles a paste.

Roll into balls, roll in coconut and store in an air right container in the refrigerator.
