Ingredients:   Makes 8 – 10

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup sunflowers
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor except the chocolate chips. Blitz ingredients until mixture becomes blended and a smooth consistency.
  • Add chocolate chips and mix through with a spoon evenly.
  • Take a tablespoon of mixture, and roll into balls (size of your choice).
  • Place into a container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week (if they last that long).

Tip: If they need to be sweeter, add extra rice malt syrup.
