Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon Matcha Tea powder (health food store)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut, preferably organic without preservatives
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 scoop of protein powder, no flavour or vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or thermomix and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
- Get roughly 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls.
- If mixture is too crumbly, add a little water or dash of extra maple syrup.
- Once rolled into balls, roll into desiccated coconut, or leave as is and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
