Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon Matcha Tea powder (health food store)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, preferably organic without preservatives
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 scoop of protein powder, no flavour or vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor or thermomix and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
  • Get roughly 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls.
  • If mixture is too crumbly, add a little water or dash of extra maple syrup.
  • Once rolled into balls, roll into desiccated coconut, or leave as is and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
