Oats are so delicious and the perfect breakfast option. They are high in protein and release slow energy throughout the morning to keep you going until lunch time!
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons LSA mix ( health section of grocery store)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons honey, rice malt syrup or pure honey
- 1 cup almond, coconut or rice milk
Combine all ingredients in a pot over the stove and cook for 3-5 minutes until oats have soaked the moisture up. Add extra milk if needed.
Alternatively cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with extra almond, coconut or rice milk and top with fresh fruit…..delish!
