• ¼ cup avocado (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 kiwi fruit or ½ cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 tsp greens powder (ask Leisa for a great tasting and quality powder)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 handful of ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients into Thermomix or Blender, and blend on high speed for approximately 1 minute.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
